Remove
coffee insert from portafilter and install
blind insert. (This should come with your
machine)

Pour
1 level teaspoon cleaner in blind insert
and place back in grouphead of machine. |

Use
brewing switch and run machine for 30 seconds.
Stop cycle. |

Wait
1 minute leaving blind insert in machine. |
| 5. |
Start
and stop brew cycle at 5 second intervals,
3 times. |
| 6. |
Remove
& rinse blind insert with water and replace
it with coffee insert. |
| 7. |
Start
and stop brew cycle at 5 second intervals
10 times to completely rinse away cleaner. |
| 8. |
Mix
2 teaspoons cleaner in 1 quart very hot water
and soak coffee insert, screen, and complete
portafilters for at least 1 hour or overnight. |
| 9. |
Rinse
well to remove all cleaner before replacing
in machine. |
| 10. |
Brew
and discard one shot of espresso to re-season
machine. |
